Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Elvis Higuita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uci Hui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Higuita comes to the cage accompanied by Man with a harmonica. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higuita feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hui's calf.

We've been told by Higuita's head coaches at Jorzi GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That was a close round but I would say that Elvis Higuita will probably get the nod.

That was a close second round but I would say that Elvis Higuita will probably get the nod.

Hui seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Higuita parries the strikes from Hui easily there. Hui is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Higuita to escape.

I would just about give that final round to Uci Hui.
