PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes to the cage accompanied by "Number 1" by Nelly. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Harris. That did some damage!
Sanchez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Harris.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Harris sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

It looks like Juan Sanchez has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Harris is looking for a kimura but Sanchez is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Harris to get the leverage.

Harris has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sanchez defend it? Harris steps over the head and cranks it - Sanchez is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Harris!
