Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Mma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Mir has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mma tries to bum rush Mir with a series of wild strikes but Mir uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mma tries to avoid it but Mir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mma to the ground. Mma escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Mir creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Mma sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Mir wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mma, who protects the arm well.
You can see the frustration on Mma's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
