The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goddard tries to clinch but Bergasmarchi moves out of range.
Goddard throws a head kick but Bergasmarchi moves out of range.
Goddard lands with a right hand.

Goddard definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Goddard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bergasmarchi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bergasmarchi gets the takedown into side control.
Goddard is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Bergasmarchi has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Bergasmarchi has hold of Goddard's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Goddard seems comfortable defending it but Bergasmarchi has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Goddard is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Goddard is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Bergasmarchi couldn't care less - he's delighted!
