Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dennis Steenbergen!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steenbergen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Steenbergen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Quincy Adams manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Quincy Adams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Quincy Adams leaves Steenbergen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Quincy Adams comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Steenbergen darts in and clinches Quincy Adams up against the cage.

Steenbergen breaks the clinch.
Steenbergen takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Quincy Adams misses with a few strikes there.
Steenbergen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Quincy Adams is fending him off so far but Steenbergen persists. Nope, Quincy Adams circles away and we're back to standing.
John Quincy Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dennis Steenbergen.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Steenbergen throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Quincy Adams misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Steenbergen is trying to get back to half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Quincy Adams controls the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Quincy Adams dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Steenbergen walks into a left hand.

Oooooh!!! Quincy Adams has knocked Steenbergen down with a huge combo! Quincy Adams steps away and waves a wobbly Steenbergen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


It looks like Dennis Steenbergen has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
and Quincy Adams counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Steenbergen! He's just covering up as Quincy Adams starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Quincy Adams!
