Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Kopejtka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amey Dayal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kopejtka comes to the cage accompanied by Metamorphosis by Blue Stahli. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kopejtka misses with the combination.

A frustrated look appears on Kopejtka's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Dayal dives in and grabs Kopejtka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kopejtka pushes down on Dayal's head and hops out.
Dayal is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kopejtka sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kopejtka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dayal shoots in for a double leg but Kopejtka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kopejtka changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dayal tries to avoid it but Kopejtka manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dayal to the ground. Dayal escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kopejtka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dayal sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dayal goes for a double leg but Kopejtka avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kopejtka continues to drive forward.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kopejtka stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kopejtka wants it to stay on the feet.

Dayal throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kopejtka was covering up waiting for the punch and Dayal finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Dayal wants to get back to his feet.
Dayal is staying active underneath Kopejtka, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Douglas Kopejtka will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Horrible takedown by Kopejtka or perhaps it was just good defense by Dayal which made him look bad.
Kopejtka shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dayal eats them both and turns towards Kopejtka to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Douglas Kopejtka.
I think Kopejtka has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
