Balls walks into a jab.
Lloyd misses with a combination
and Balls counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Lloyd is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Balls is working for a kimura but Lloyd is defending it quite comfortably.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Balls wants to take a breather but Lloyd is having none of it.
Balls seems to be working for a kimura but Lloyd defends the submission attempt.
Lloyd wants to get back to his feet.

Balls thows a huge punch but Lloyd dodges it nicely.
Balls wants to work for an arm triangle but Lloyd is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Balls is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Lloyd is staying active underneath Balls, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Lloyd knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Balls on the ground.

Balls has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Lloyd defend it? Balls steps over the head and cranks it - Lloyd is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Balls!
