Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosmo Day (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bongi Khumalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Day's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pitbull - Hotel Room Service. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Khumalo takes one on the button.
Khumalo avoids the head kick by Day.

Day closes the distance and pushes Khumalo back into the cage.

Khumalo pulls guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Khumalo is working an open guard so Day takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Khumalo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Day is out of range and Khumalo settles back down.
Day tries to clinch up but Khumalo circles away and keeps his distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Day's jab looks to have found its range, popping Khumalo under the eye.
A chopping leg kick lands by Khumalo.
Day shoots in looking for a takedown but Khumalo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Day's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Day is looking to clinch.
Day throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Khumalo counters with a low kick, right behind Day 's knee.

Day closes the distance and clinches.
Day is pressed up against the cage. Khumalo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Day down to the mat. Day avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Day is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Day throws a right hand that Khumalo ducks under and follows up with a left that Khumalo also avoids with ease.
Khumalo connects with a solid leg kick.
Day is breathing heavily.
Khumalo lands a glancing blow to the side of Day's head.
Good leg kick by Khumalo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A jab lands there for Khumalo.
Khumalo connects with a leg kick. Day looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Khumalo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Day looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Day takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Khumalo lands a leg kick that knocks Day off balance momentarily.
Day switches off momentarily and Khumalo cracks him with a monster right hand! Day topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Khumalo dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Khumalo!
