With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Melvin Manhoef!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.

That was a close round but Jean Pierre Babin did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
