The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baba shoots in for a double leg but Rogers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rogers tries a head kick but it misses.
Nice uppercut there from Rogers.
Baba fails with a takedown attempt.
Rogers stuffs the takedown.
Jimmy Rogers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Showhey Baba.
Baba throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rogers's waist but Rogers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Baba off to one side.
Baba fails with a takedown attempt.
Baba closes the distance and clinches up with Rogers, looking for a takedown. Baba pushes Rogers against the cage but Rogers circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rogers lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Showhey Baba has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A slow jab from Baba misses its intended target.
Rogers stuffs the takedown attempt from Baba. Baba gets slowly back to his feet.
Rogers pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rogers checks a low kick from Baba.
Rogers throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Baba stumbling backwards into the cage! Baba bounces back off the cage towards Rogers, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Rogers lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Rogers celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
