Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruslan Tetradze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peters comes to the cage accompanied by The Casualties - My Blood. My Life. Always Forward.. Tetradze has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andy Peters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ruslan Tetradze!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Peters has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Full Affliction Fight Team -All Elite Coaching- in the buildup to the fight.
Peters throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Peters lands with an overhand left.
Peters shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tetradze as he jumps to the side.

Peters gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Peters is trying to stall.

Tetradze breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tetradze shoots in looking for a takedown but Peters manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tetradze's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Peters lands a two punch combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tetradze swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Peters counters with a shoot takedown. Tetradze fights it but they end up in guard.
Peters with a flurry of punches that miss.
Peters postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Peters trying to control the position from guard on top but Tetradze is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Peters is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tetradze is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Peters accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Peters landing with the ground and pound.

Tetradze is rocked!
Peters arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Tetradze's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Andy Peters!
In his post fight interview, Andy Peters started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
