Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex Mercer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Dylan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mercer comes into the arena with Doomsday blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Alex Mercer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercer has a takedown stuffed.
Mercer tries for a takedown but Dylan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Dylan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Mercer's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Dylan remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
