The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vjadenek fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fluke sprawls well initially but Vjadenek persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vjadenek keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Fluke is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Vjadenek pulls his head out easily.

Vjadenek is just content to waste time from the top position. Fluke takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Vjadenek has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Primo Vjadenek has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Vjadenek throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fluke tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vjadenek is in Fluke's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Primo Vjadenek.

Vjadenek has Fluke up against the cage in a clinch.
Vjadenek will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Fluke up against the cage.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Primo Vjadenek.
Fluke drops his hands momentarily and Vjadenek takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Fluke gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Vjadenek to score an easy takedown into full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vjadenek accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Our spies down at at Prolight Knockout inform us that Fluke has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Vjadenek looking to sit in guard and control but Fluke gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Fluke throws a big elbow that misses.
Fluke is pushing down on Vjadenek's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vjadenek is fighting to maintain full guard but Fluke has managed to sneak the leg through.
Fluke working over Vjadenek with some ground and pound. Vjadenek looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fluke wants to free his trapped foot but Vjadenek is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Vjadenek wants to get back to full guard.
Primo Vjadenek overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The fighters are battling for position here. Vjadenek manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Fluke throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Fluke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vjadenek swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fluke postures up and lands a big shot to Vjadenek's brow.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fluke accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fluke content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Fluke is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fluke distracts Vjadenek with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fluke with a nice head shot there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Primo Vjadenek will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Vjadenek misses with a series of wild punches.

Fluke feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Vjadenek knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fluke on the ground.

Fluke drops back looking for a leg! Vjadenek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vjadenek manages to kick Fluke off! Fluke jumps back into Vjadenek's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vjadenek has his hands on Fluke's head, controlling the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
