Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stormstoud missing with a left hand there. Shimazu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Shimazu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Shimazu blocks a head kick by Stormstoud.
Shimazu plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Stormstoud throws a sloppy head kick
and Shimazu counters with a head kick that drops Stormstoud to the mat! Stormstoud scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Stormstoud is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shimazu is pawing at Stormstoud, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Stormstoud's nose. Stormstoud is badly hurt! Shimazu pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Stormstoud tries desperately to hold on but Shimazu is relentless in his assault! As Stormstoud receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Shimazu away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yohei Shimazu!
