Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Radajev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Pettis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anthony Pettis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Jordan Radajev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Anthony Pettis!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radajev displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pettis.
Radajev avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pettis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Pettis has closed the distance and engaged Radajev in a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Pettis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Pettis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Radajev has him pressed against the cage.
Pettis throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Radajev has Pettis pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pettis manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Radajev is looking for a takedown.

Radajev gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Pettis wants to control but Radajev is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Radajev is trying to work for a kimura but Pettis is defending well.

Pettis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Radajev's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Radajev utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Radajev knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pettis on the ground.
Pettis engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Let's hope that Pettis has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Pettis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Radajev manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jordan Radajev. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Radajev pulls guard successfully.
Pettis preventing the sweep.
Pettis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pettis shoots in for a takedown but Radajev shows good takedown defense.

Pettis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jordan Radajev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Pettis.

Radajev tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pettis defends well and Radajev ends up having to push Pettis into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Radajev drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pettis gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Radajev changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Pettis fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Pettis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pettis jumps guard but Radajev stands there with Pettis around his waist. Pettis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Radajev wants the takedown. Pettis is fighting it off but Radajev persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Pettis's guard against the cage.

Radajev is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Radajev misses with an uppercut
and Pettis counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Radajev tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pettis swivels and escapes.

Pettis is looking for a kimura but Radajev is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pettis to get the leverage.

Pettis is trying to control. Radajev wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Pettis takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Radajev is not content to let Pettis control the position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Anthony Pettis.
Radajev looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Radajev closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pettis's guard.

Radajev shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pettis looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Radajev is fending him off so far but Pettis persists. Nope, Radajev circles away and we're back to standing.

Radajev drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Pettis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Radajev distracts Pettis with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Radajev postures up and lands a big shot to Pettis's brow.

Pettis throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Radajev avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Radajev cracks Pettis with a solid left hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pettis seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Pettis lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Radajev!

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Anthony Pettis.
I think Pettis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
