Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tu Me La Mamas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernardo Bernardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mamas comes to the cage accompanied by bodies. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamas scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Mamas lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bernardo backs up against the cage.
Tu Me La Mamas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mamas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Bernardo counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Mamas!

Mamas is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bernardo is controlling him well.

Mamas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bernardos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Bernardo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bernardo.

and Bernardo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mamas throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bernardo.
Tu Me La Mamas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mamas stuffs the takedown attempt from Bernardo. Bernardo gets slowly back to his feet.

Bernardo tries to bum rush Mamas with a series of wild strikes but Mamas uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bernardo shoots in looking for a takedown. Mamas tries to sprawl out of it but Bernardo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mamas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A solid leg kick lands there for Mamas.

Bernardo closes the distance and clinches up with Mamas, looking for a takedown. Bernardo pushes Mamas against the cage but Mamas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mamas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bernardo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bernardo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Mamas seems a little lost for a moment, as Bernardo dominates the positioning.
Mamas is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bernardo asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Bernardo is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mamas is trying to escape and Bernardo transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mamas is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bernardo! Very nice indeed!
