Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Carlton Leach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, James Morse!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leach misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've been told by Leach's head coaches at London MMA Fight Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Morse tries to keep at a distance but Leach has taken the fight into the clinch.
Morse takes an elbow to the temple.
Leach tries to circle away but Morse has him pinned against the cage.
Leach gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Morse regains guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leach in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Leach postures up.

Leach wants to control from the top but Morse keeps moving.
Morse is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Morse has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at SWF GYM . Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Leach is staying active underneath Morse, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Leach has hold of Morse's hands but Morse slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Morse manages to break the clinch.

Morse fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Leach avoids it really well and circles away.

Morse shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Leach pinned against the cage. Leach gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Carlton Leach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Morse.
Leach misses with a jab, cross combination.
Crunch! Morse slams his shin into Leach's torso.
Morse tries for a takedown but Leach sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Leach takes one to the side of the head.
Morse blocks a head kick by Leach.
Leach closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Leach stands up and waves to Morse to follow him.
Leach throws a series of punches but Morse avoids them all with ease.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Morse shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Morse is working for a guillotine from mount but Leach frees his head quite easily.
