Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Derka Derka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vasiliy Sobolev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sobolev has chosen Ya kuplu tebe dom as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vasiliy Sobolev!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobolev throws a series of punches but Derka avoids them all with ease.
Sobolev just misses with a punch to the body.
Derka misses with a double jab.
Derka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Sobolev tries to bum rush Derka with a series of wild strikes but Derka uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Derka shoots in for a takedown but Sobolev shows good takedown defense.
Sobolev throws a shot to the body.
Sobolev misses with a straight right.
Nice shot by Sobolev.
It looks like Derka Derka has been cut.
Derka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Derka tries to close the distance and clinch but Sobolev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sobolev jabs Derka to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Derka forces Sobolev back against the cage and clinches.

Derka gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sobolev.

Sobolev has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Derka avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Sobolev drops down looking for an ankle pick but Derka pulls his leg out and moves away.
Derka Derka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vasiliy Sobolev.
Sobolev walks into a left hand.
Derka moves in looking to clinch but Sobolev pushes him off.
Derka moves into the clinch successfully.
Derka works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Derka is pressed up against the cage. Sobolev has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Derka down to the mat. Derka avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Derka.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Derka is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sobolev is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Check out the look on Derka's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Sobolev is trying to control Derka's posture but Derka avoids it.
Derka will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

An elbow from Derka crashes against the mat.
Derka throws an elbow but Sobolev slips to the side and avoids it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sobolev tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Derka looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Derka in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Sloppy strikes there by Derka.
Sobolev tries to bench press Derka off him but Derka keeps the position.

Derka sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Sobolev is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Sobolev sneaks back into half guard.
Sobolev is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Derka throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Sobolev manages to get to full guard.
Sobolev lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Derka!
Derka wants to hold on but Sobolev pushes him away.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sobolev working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sobolev cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Derka wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sobolev.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Derka Derka's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Vasiliy Sobolev!
Vasiliy Sobolev was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
