Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Brookins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Tutov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brookins comes to the cage accompanied by Kickstart. Tutov has chosen 7B - Young Winds as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Brookins. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Tutov is fighting off a takedown attempt but Brookins is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tutov to the mat. Tutov regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jonathan Brookins will probably get the nod.

Tutov is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Brookins is defending well though. Tutov let's go of the attempt for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brookins with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tutov to score with a decent uppercut.
