Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brona darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Parayan is trying to stand up here but Brona is controlling him well.

Parayan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Brona connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Parayan scrambles back to his feet.

and Brona makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Parayan seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Brona shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Parayan is backing up but Brona catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Parayan covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Brona Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

DJ Brona is the new light heavyweight champion!
In his post fight interview, DJ Brona started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
