Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between El Chihuahua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chihuahua might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cypress Hill - Rise Up. Thompson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Goldie - by ASAP Rocky kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Chihuahua counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Thompson is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Thompson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chihuahua manages to avoid it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Thompson stuns Chihuahua with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Thompson dives in and grabs Chihuahua's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chihuahua pushes down on Thompson's head and hops out.

Thompson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Thompson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Thompson connects with a nice short shot to Chihuahua's temple.
Chihuahua on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Chihuahua tries to get out of the position.
