Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tank Abbot!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myers fails with an attempt to clinch.
Abbot misses with a double jab.
Myers swinging wildly here.
Abbot throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Myers's waist but Myers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Abbot off to one side.
A head kick from Myers lands but Abbot takes it in his stride.
Abbot tries to clinch up.
Myers lands a front kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
No luck for Abbot with that takedown attempt.

Myers tries for a takedown but Abbot sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Myers dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Myers really is a fat lump.
Abbot shoots in for a double leg but Myers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Len Myers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tank Abbot.
Abbot keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Myers shoots in looking for a takedown but Abbot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Myers's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Abbot shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Myers sprawls well. Myers wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Abbot gets slowly back to his feet.

Myers fails to pull guard.
Myers stalls.
Abbot lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Myers is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Abbot gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Abbot tries for a takedown but Myers manages to get underhooks.
Myers's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Abbot goes for a takedown attempt but Myers pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Myers tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Abbot defends well and Myers ends up having to push Abbot into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Abbot tries to circle away but Myers has him pinned against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Myers can't find room to land a body shot as Abbot controls the action.
Abbot is trying to break free.
Abbot has Myers pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Myers manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Myers pulls guard successfully.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Myers looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Abbot decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Myers, up you get!
Abbot wants to clinch.

Abbot closes the distance and clinches.

Myers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Myers connects with a high kick.
Abbot looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Danga de danga de dang - Abbot scores with a four punch combination!


It looks like Len Myers has been cut.

Abbot connects with a single shot there.
Myers keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Myers tries to clinch up but Abbot circles away and keeps his distance.
Abbot fails with an attempt to clinch.
Abbot tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myers swivels and escapes.
Abbot shoots in for a double leg but Myers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Abbot throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Myers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Abbot moves away.
Myers tries to close the distance and clinch up but Abbot swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Abbot takes a head kick and keeps coming.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A jab from Abbot finds it's way through Myers's defenses.
Myers walks into a jab.
Abbot tries to close the distance and clinch but Myers swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Len Myers will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Len Myers's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Abbot wants to clinch up but Myers keeps it at a distance.

Myers closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Myers gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Abbot.
Abbot is working for takedown but Myers is calmly controlling the position for now.

Myers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Abbot connects with a combination that backs up Myers into the cage. Abbot lands a flurry of punches that gets past Myers's guard. Myers is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Abbot bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tank Abbot!
