Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drian Terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Givens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry comes to the cage accompanied by The National - About Today. Givens has chosen Three days grace-Riot as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Givens on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Givens chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Terry can pounce on him.
Terry tries to clinch but Givens is having none of it.
Givens keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Terry scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Terry chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Terry takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Terry fails with an attempt to clinch.
Givens has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Terry.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Givens keeps the fight on the outside.
Givens is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Terry.

Givens pushes Terry up against the cage in a clinch.

Terry wants a takedown.
Terry is trying to break free.
Terry can't get the takedown.

Givens breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Terry throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Givens counters with a single leg into guard. Terry didn't expect that.
Terry is breathing heavily.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Givens advances position into side control!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Givens postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Terry looks a forlorn figure.

Givens cracks Terry with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Terry is in a horrible position here. Givens smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Givens tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Givens lands a heavy elbow.

BOOM! Givens connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Terry is rocked!
Givens pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Oh Terry is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Givens loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Terry scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Givens land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Givens stands and salutes the crowd.

A relieved looking Patrick Givens thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
