Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Javier Pena!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pena ducks under a wild hook from Carter.
Carter definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Pena gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Decent striking displayed by Pena there.
Pena throws a series of punches but Carter avoids them all with ease.
Carter lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Carter pushes off an throws an elbow but Pena leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Cale Carter will probably get the nod.

Pena takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Pena might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Pena feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Carters jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Pena feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Carter sprawling to the canvas! Carter rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pena finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fighters circle momentarily. Carter darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pena connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Carter tumbling to the canvas! Pena pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Carter was done - good stoppage!

Javier Pena spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
In defeat, Cale Carter stepped up to the mic, saying 'Wah wah wahhh'.
