Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rylan Gardner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus McBorin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gardner's entrance music is Goodtimes. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rylan Gardner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus McBorin!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gardner shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.


It looks like Rylan Gardner has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gardner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
McBorin goes for a double leg but Gardner avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gardner continues to drive forward.
Gardner tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
McBorin is working for takedown but Gardner is calmly controlling the position for now.
McBorin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gardner avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

McBorin has his foot on Gardner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gardner works his way back into a safe position though.

McBorin wants to improve his position but Gardner is controlling well.
We've been hearing that Gardner has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now McBorin is on top in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rylan Gardner.

McBorin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gardner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rylan Gardner will probably get the nod.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Gardner is fighting off a takedown attempt but McBorin is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gardner to the mat. Gardner regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

McBorin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Marcus McBorin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Gardner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

I would just about give that final round to Marcus McBorin.
