Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diego Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Buford scores with a punch to the head.
Sanchez is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Buford.
Nice sprawl there from Buford as Sanchez shoots in.
Buford throws a right hand that Sanchez ducks under and follows up with a left that Sanchez also avoids with ease.
Sanchez tries to bum rush Buford with a series of wild strikes but Buford uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sanchez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sanchez looks winded!

Buford closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sanchez did well to prevent Buford getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Buford looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sanchez with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Buford has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Buford lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Buford passes the guard and advances to mount!
Sanchez is in a horrible position here. Buford smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Buford lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Sanchez hang on?

Sanchez is rocked!
Buford looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Sanchez covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
