Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anatoliy Lapikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenshiro Kasumi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lapikov's entrance music is AC/DC - Hells Bells . A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Kasumi's choice of entrance music: Ai Wo Torimodose aka Song of Manliness. Anatoliy Lapikov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lapikov wants to clinch.
Lapikov throws a series of punches but Kasumi avoids them all with ease.
Kasumi cracks the inside of Lapikov's front leg.
Kasumi jabs at Lapikov's body.
Lapikov throws a shot from downtown. Kasumi moves away and avoids it.
Lapikov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kasumi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lapikov throws a right and a left that both miss.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kasumi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Lapikov closes the distance and clinches up with Kasumi, looking for a takedown. Lapikov pushes Kasumi against the cage but Kasumi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lapikov is breathing heavily.

Lapikov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Lapikov seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Lapikov shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Kasumi thuds his shin into the meat of Lapikov's side.

and Kasumi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lapikov's knee momentarily.

Lapikov moves forwards but Kasumi connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kasumi cracks Lapikov with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
