The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Lola throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Uzi takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Lola tries to clinch there but Uzi circles away.
Uzi throws a lazy right hand but Lola sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Don Lola seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Uzi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lola moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Uzi takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Uzi closes the distance and clinches up with Lola, looking for a takedown. Uzi pushes Lola against the cage but Lola circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Uzi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Uzi throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lola tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Uzi is in Lola's guard.
