Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Town (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Stromeister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Town comes to the cage accompanied by Old Tyme Religion. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stromeister looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Town breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

No joy there for Stromeister, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Stromeister tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Stromeister will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Town takes a swing at Stromeister's ribcage but misses.

Stromeister feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Town wants to stand and escape but Stromeister is having none of it.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Stromeister cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Town is rocked!
Stromeister pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Oh Town is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

BOOM! Stromeister connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stromeister postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Town in real trouble here! The ref calls for Town to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

A very excited looking Simon Stromeister rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
