Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josh St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chihiro Ogino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Josh St Pierre looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ogino shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has St Pierre pinned against the cage. St Pierre gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
St Pierre closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ogino circles away.

Ogino shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in St Pierre's guard.

St Pierre escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ogino gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ogino accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ogino wants to lay and pray for a moment but St Pierre keeps working.
Ogino lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt St Pierre quite badly. St Pierre pulls Ogino in close trying to recover. Ogino postures up and lands two really hard shots that put St Pierre on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but St Pierre doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
