The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gardiner Two closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kane quickly recovers to half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Danny Gardiner Two.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kane enables Gardiner Two to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kane manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
