Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thrall Drom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Kotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pavel Kotov!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kotov closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Kotov tries to circle away but Drom has him pinned against the cage.
Drom drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kotov gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kotov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kotov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Drom manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kotov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kotov closes the distance looking to clinch
and Drom counters with a flying knee that drops Kotov!
Kotov is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Drom has gone for a leg lock! Kotov slips out almost immediately though and dives into Drom's guard.
Kotov is still in real trouble! Can Drom finish him?

It looks like Thrall Drom has been cut.
Drom could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Drom working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kotov.
Kotov seems to have recovered his senses.
Kotov distracts Drom with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Drom working for a triangle but Kotov defends it easily.
Kotov is working Drom over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kotov throws a big elbow that misses.
Kotov wants to control from the top but Drom keeps moving.
Kotov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kotov postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Kotov is looking to work some ground and pound but Drom has wrist control.
Kotov works over Drom with some ground and pound from guard.

Kotov is working Drom over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Drom is breathing heavily.
Kotov lands a couple of elbows.
Thrall Drom's cut is getting worse.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kotov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kotov won't allow Drom to sweep him here.
Kotov postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Thrall Drom's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Kotov distracts Drom with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Jeez, Thrall Drom's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Thrall Drom's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Pavel Kotov!
