The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Flores seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Flores pushes him off.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jones tries a head kick but it misses.
Jones shoots in for a double leg but Flores sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jones misses with an uppercut
and Flores counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jones thinking.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Flores.

Jones tests Flores's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Flores dips to his left and cracks Jones with an uppercut!
Zachary Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones throws a series of punches but Flores avoids them all with ease.

and Flores counters with a crisp one two that drops Jones! Flores thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jones to his feet! Jones is in big trouble!
