Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chwytny Vlad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vlad does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Vlad is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Vlad isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jones stacks Vlad on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jones!

Vlad has control of Jones's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jones regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Jones tries to reverse the position but Vlad maintains control.

Vlad could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That was a close round but I would say that Chwytny Vlad will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Jones misses with a takedown attempt
and Vlad counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Jones!
Chwytny Vlad overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Vlad is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jones has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Jones wants to control but Vlad is having none of it.
Jones keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Feeble punches landing from Jones - he's mounted - they can't hurt.
Vlad takes Jones's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Jones is in trouble.
Vlad looking to break Jones's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Jones remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Vlad will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones is posturing up here but Vlad has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Jones tries to roll out but it's too tight and Jones has to tap! Slick submission there by Vlad!
