Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Purple Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Pele Landi Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Landi Jones's choice of entrance music: apache warrior. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landi Jones stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Purple Haze has been cut.
Haze misses with a two punch combination.
Haze shoots in and bounces Landi Jones off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Haze stands up and waves to Landi Jones to follow him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haze shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Landi Jones is trying to defend but Haze finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Landi Jones looks like he's trying to stand up.
Haze uses his free foot to push down on Landi Jones's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Landi Jones.

Landi Jones tries to buck Haze off but he can't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Landi Jones in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Haze takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
A nice elbow there by Haze.
Haze is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Landi Jones is forced to tap! Great finish!
