Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bart Valenzuela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Menderia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valenzuela fails to land the takedown.
Menderia stuns Valenzuela with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Menderia keeps the fight on the outside.
Valenzuela has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Valenzuela there as he acknowledges the shot.
Valenzuela moves forwards but Menderia connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Valenzuela throws a right and a left that both miss.
Valenzuela looks to throw the jab but Menderia is out of range.
Menderia fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Valenzuela really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bart Valenzuela seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Menderia is defended easily by Valenzuela.

and Menderia counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Menderia leaves Valenzuela with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Menderia goes for a double leg but Valenzuela avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Valenzuela continues to drive forward.

The fighters circle, before Menderia throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Valenzuela's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Menderia lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
