Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lukasz Korczynski!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ford throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Korczynski counters with a stiff right hand.
Korczynski missing with a left hand there. Ford was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Ford closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Korczynski to the mat! Korczynski manages to get full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Ford trying to control but Korczynski is working from the bottom.

Ford stands and steps away. Korczynski gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Ford throws a right hand that misses
and Korczynski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Ford shoots for a double leg takedown but Korczynski sprawls well. He's pushed Ford's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Korczynski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ford swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Korczynski throws a right hand that Ford ducks under and follows up with a left that Ford also avoids with ease.

and Korczynski counters with a three punch combo that has Ford backing up. Ford nods at Korczynski to acknowledge the strikes.
Ford cracks a nice hook into Korczynski's ribs.
Korczynski on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Korczynski shoots in looking for a takedown but Ford manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Korczynski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Ford shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Korczynski manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ford decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Korczynski, up you get!
Korczynski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ford.
Korczynski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ford throws the kick towards the body but Korczynski avoids it.

Korczynski ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ford throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A chopping leg kick lands by Ford.
Korczynski uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ford.
Korczynski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ford is fending him off so far but Korczynski persists. Nope, Ford circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Max Ford dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Ford dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Korczynski. That did some damage!
Max Ford is winning the standup battle so far.
Ford slips a jab and a cross from Korczynski.
Ford lands a slapping body shot.
Crunch! Ford slams his shin into Korczynski's torso.
Korczynski ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ford throws a hook but Korczynski blocks it.

Ford closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Korczynski's guard.
Ford trying to control the position from guard on top but Korczynski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Ford thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Ford advances position into side control!

Ford in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Korczynski is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
