Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alak Aksornpan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aksornpan has chosen Thai National Anthem - "Phleng Chat Thai" as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alak Aksornpan!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aksornpan takes the fight into the clinch.
Aksornpan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Aksornpan drives through and clinches with Reynolds against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Reynolds fails to land.
Reynolds jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Aksornpan walks away with a smile on his face. Reynolds gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Reynolds drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Reynolds tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Reynolds misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Aksornpan is pushing Reynolds's head away, looking to escape. Reynolds manages to hold on to the position though.
Reynolds fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Reynolds working the ground and pound from side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Aksornpan can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aksornpan tries to bench press Reynolds off him but Reynolds keeps the position.
Reynolds is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Aksornpan has escaped the position, nice work there.
Aksornpan is trying to get back to half guard.
Reynolds wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Aksornpan, who protects the arm well.
Reynolds lands some shots froms side control.
Aksornpan is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
An elbow from Reynolds crashes against the mat.
Aksornpan tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reynolds tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Reynolds has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Reynolds wants to lay and pray for a moment but Aksornpan keeps working.
Reynolds is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Aksornpan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Reynolds gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Aksornpan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Reynolds lets go of the hold and Aksornpan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). James Reynolds!
