Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Steve Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, James Dacoycoy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dacoycoy throws out the jab.

Turner shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Turner is looking for a kimura but Dacoycoy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Turner to get the leverage.

Turner throws a strike but Dacoycoy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Turner pulls Dacoycoy in close to his closed guard and prevents Dacoycoy from doing any damage or advancing position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Dacoycoy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Turner.

Turner has gone for a leg lock! Dacoycoy slips out almost immediately though and dives into Turner's guard.

Turner thows a huge punch but Dacoycoy dodges it nicely.

That's time! Turner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Dacoycoy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Turner lands a strong strike to the head of Dacoycoy. That's dazed him! Turner looking to finish here. Dacoycoy is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Turner lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Steve Turner decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
