Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stephane Ouelet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ouelet's entrance music is Chien Fou . A fine choice. Damian Kramer is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stephane Ouelet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Damian Kramer!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kramer scores with a punch to the head.
Ouelet throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kramer sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Ouelet instigates a clinch.
Kramer wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ouelet misses with a knee to the head.
Ouelet with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ouelet misses with a short punch on the inside.
Kramer is looking to break free of the clinch but Ouelet has double underhooks.

Ouelet gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Kramer regains guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Kramer preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Ouelet has picked Kramer up - he's going for a ride! Ouelet dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
We've been hearing that Ouelet has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kramer doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Ouelet's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kramer under the eye.
Damian Kramer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ouelet misses with a low kick as Kramer jumps back.

Kramer has Ouelet up against the cage in a clinch.
Kramer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Kramer wants to break free but Ouelet has control.

Ouelet tries to land a knee to the head but Kramer blocks with his arms.

Ouelet uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kramer.

Ouelet closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kramer to the mat! Kramer manages to get full guard.
Kramer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ouelet!

Damian Kramer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Ouelet's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Ouelet tries to clinch there but Kramer circles away.

Kramer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ouelet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ouelet swings wildly with an uppercut but Kramer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kramer blocks an elbow strike from Ouelet.
Ouelet tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Ouelet tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Ouelet has clasped his hands together around Kramer's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Ouelet works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Kramer is trying to buck Ouelet off.
Ouelet scores with a couple of short elbows.
Kramer is working to avoid the ground and pound but Ouelet connects with a decent elbow.
Ouelet postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Kramer is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ouelet's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Kramer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ouelet is working away from the top position though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stephane Ouelet overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ouelet is looking to stand up but Kramer won't let him.

Kramer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ouelet's guard.

Kramer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ouelet swivels though and keeps the full guard.

No joy there for Kramer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ouelet looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by Kramer or perhaps it was just good defense by Ouelet which made him look bad.
Kramer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ouelet circles away quickly and effectively.
Ouelet is looking to clinch but Kramer is avoiding it.
Kramer misses with a body shot.
Ouelet throws a leg kick that misses.
Kramer tries to bum rush Ouelet with a series of wild strikes but Ouelet uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kramer shoots in for a takedown but Ouelet shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Damian Kramer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kramer misses with a double jab.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stephane Ouelet.
I think Ouelet has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
