Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Devon King!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King fails with a takedown attempt.
King thuds his right hand into Sobota's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

We've been hearing good reports from Sobota's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sobota on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sobota tries to get out of the position.

King is working to tighten his grip on Sobota's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sobota has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but King is really squeezing tight and eventually Sobota passes out! King breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
