The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caro is looking to clinch but Lee is avoiding it.
Caro throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily.
Lee misses with a series of wild punches.
Caro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee throws a head kick but Caro moves out of range.

Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lee gets caught flat footed, as Caro shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee is looking to stand back up but Caro counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Lee.

Caro perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Caro decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Caro avoids the head kick by Lee.
Lee looks winded!

Caro throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lee was covering up waiting for the punch and Caro finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lee can't keep his opponent in guard - Caro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Caro manages to mount him!

Caro's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Tony Lee has been cut.
Caro takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Caro seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lee for as long as he can get away with.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Caro working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Caro is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
