Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Doherty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes to the cage accompanied by Rent a Wreck. Doherty has chosen Skrillex - Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doherty tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Clark counter with a right hand.
Clark scores with a nice head shot.
Doherty scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Doherty tries to clinch but Clark moves out of range.
Doherty moves out of range of the strikes.
Doherty is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Clark swats away the attempt to clinch by Doherty.
Doherty darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Clark fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Doherty on the side of the head.
Nice jab there from Clark.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Doherty tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Clark paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Doherty tries to clinch but Clark is having none of it.

and Clark counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Doherty thinking.

Clark misses with a hook.
Doherty throws a right and a left that both miss.
Doherty takes the fight into the clinch.
Clark is trying to force a seperation but Doherty has the dominant position.
Doherty throws a head punch that misses.
Clark tries a body shot but Doherty blocks it.
Doherty breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Doherty wants to clinch.
Doherty is looking to clinch.
Doherty drives through and clinches with Clark against the cage.
Clark doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Doherty looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Clark can't break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Doherty softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Clark is trying to maintain a safe position but Doherty gets an underhook and turns Clark into the cage.
Doherty is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Clark is defending well for now.
Clark takes a shot to the head.
Doherty's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Clark waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Doherty.
Nice combo by Doherty! Oh, that's hurt him - Clark falls to the canvas and Doherty follows him into side control.
Clark is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
You can see the frustration on Clark's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Oh Clark is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Clark is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
A big shot lands for Doherty! That's hurt Clark! Will he recover? Doherty fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Pete Doherty thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
