And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vincent Dapalong!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dapalong throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dapalong takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Vincent Dapalong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dapalong throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Alkofer counter with a right hand.

It looks like Vincent Dapalong has been cut.
Alkofer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dapalong defends well and Alkofer ends up having to push Dapalong into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Dapalong fails to land.
Dapalong has a couple of punches blocked by Alkofer.
With the fighters up against the cage, Alkofer throws an elbow but misses.

Alkofer ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Alkofer no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Alkofer manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Alkofer looking to isolate an arm here. Dapalong doesn't see it coming and as Alkofer extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Alkofer!
