Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barry Barrow!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbaro fails with the takedown.
A nice inside leg kick there by Barbaro. That's going to slow Barrow down.
A nice combination there by Barbaro.
It looks like Barry Barrow has been cut.
Barrow gets tackled into the cage by Barbaro. Barbaro maintains the clinch.
Barbaro's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Barbaro manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Barrow on his heels. He'll look to pass Barrow's guard now, I'm sure.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Barrow can do anything to dispel that myth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Barbaro stops Barrow from standing up.
Barrow is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Barbaro tries to free his leg and advance position but Barrow is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Barbaro prevents Barrow from getting back to his feet.
Barbaro wants to pass the guard but Barrow is keeping the position.
Barbaro stops Barrow from standing up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Barbaro shoots for a takedown but Barrow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Barbaro lands a nice looking kick to the body. Barrow takes a step back to recover.
Barrow looks winded!
Barbaro lands a big head kick that sends Barrow tumbling to the mat! Barbaro takes a step backwards and waves Barrow back to his feet - he wants the finish!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barbaro connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Barrow covering up! Barbaro comes in with a big uppercut and Barrow goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Joe Barbaro!
Joe Barbaro really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Nutrition Company logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
