Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikita g (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikita g has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Wang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nikita g!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
g circles away from the clinch attempt.
g throws a head kick that misses.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Wang is trying to break free.
Wang tries a body shot but g blocks it.

g breaks the clinch.
Wang shoots for a takedown but g saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wang throws a right and a left that g avoids nicely.
g changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wang tries to avoid it but g manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wang to the ground. Wang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
g scoring well with a low kick there.

g closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

g is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Wang wants to get back to full guard.
g wants to free his trapped foot but Wang is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Wang tries to get to full guard but g has control of the leg.
g trying to mount his opponent but Wang defends it.

g is looking for a kimura but Wang is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for g to get the leverage.
Wang is looking for a sweep. g is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Wang manages to get to full guard.

g is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
g must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
g looks gassed!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Wang closes the distance and clinches.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
A head punch blocked on the inside by g.
Wang wants a takedown.

g turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and g manages to end up in side control.
Wang is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked g off and has taken his back!

Wang has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, g has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
g prevents Wang from getting a body triangle.
g trying to control the action but Wang just sinks the hooks in.
g is keeping busy.

Wang lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns g.
Wang has g flattened out and is raining down punches.
I really don't envy g right now.

g tries to escape but he's let his defenses down in doing so and Wang has slipped in the rear naked choke! Oh, that's tiiiiiiiiight! g is tapping! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
