Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rickie Bright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyjuan McCants (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCants has chosen I aint worried as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bright closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. McCants quickly recovers to half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
McCants trying to control from the bottom.
Bright wants to stand up but McCants has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Bright content to control rather than advance.
McCants gets back to full guard.
Bright stopping the sweep attempt from McCants.
McCants is trying to control the position but Bright postures up.

Bright pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McCants is keeping the position for now.

McCants seems a little lost for a moment, as Bright dominates the positioning.
Bright tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bright advances to full mount.

McCants is desperately trying to improve his position but Bright has a good base and remains in mount.
McCants sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Bright is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Bright frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
McCants is looking to improve his position but Bright isn't that keen on the idea.
McCants tries to hold on but Bright pushes him away.

Bright is landing with some decent strikes but McCants is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Bright takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bright has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of McCants's face.
Bright tries to control but McCants wriggling away.
McCants takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bright bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McCants's head backwards.
Bright shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches McCants napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bright is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down McCants's shoulder. That is not cool.
McCants tries to strike from the bottom but misses.

Bright has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for McCants!
Bright avoids the attempt from McCants to control.
Bright raining down shots from the mount!

Bright pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bright looking to control but McCants is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Bright wants to take McCants's back but he can't do it this time.
McCants swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
A nice elbow there by Bright.
Bright can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McCants is looking to escape.

Bright is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Bright swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and McCants is now in Bright's guard. A big mistake from Bright there, giving up the dominant position!
McCants throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bright works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
McCants stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bright swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McCants trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bright's guard.

Bright utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
McCants wants to control from the top but Bright keeps moving.
Bright manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
McCants throws a knee to the head but misses.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bright just misses with a elbow thrown towards McCants's brow.
Bright breaks from the clinch.
McCants shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bright bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Bright wants to lay and pray for a moment but McCants keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bright is really struggling to control McCants but he's trying to hold on to the position.

McCants wants to get back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
McCants is trying to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Bright ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bright no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Bright looking for a triangle here. McCants is fighting it but it looks tight! Bright pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, McCants is tapping out - this one is all over!
