Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Anwar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mandril Cuchillero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anwar comes into the arena with 1 Thing blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Peter Anwar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mandril Cuchillero!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuchillero takes one to the chin there.
Anwar lands a slapping body shot.
Cuchillero walks into a left hand.
Cuchillero fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cuchillero shoots in looking for a takedown. Anwar tries to sprawl out of it but Cuchillero keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anwar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Cuchillero fails to land the takedown.
Peter Anwar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mandril Cuchillero.
Anwar jabs at Cuchillero's body.
Cuchillero fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Anwar scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cuchillero doesn't seem bothered though.
Anwar cracks Cuchillero with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anwar lands with a nice body punch.
Cuchillero is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Cuchillero is trying desperately to land a takedown but Anwar is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Cuchillero.
Anwar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cuchillero stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cuchillero looking to score a takedown here. Anwar is defending well but Cuchillero drives through and ends up in Anwar's guard.
Cuchillero looks winded!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Anwar pushes Cuchillero off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Anwar jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cuchillero shoots and misses
and Anwar counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Anwar connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Cuchillero momentarily.
Cuchillero with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Anwar to score with a decent uppercut.
Cuchillero is rocked!
Anwar comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cuchillero is still on wobbly legs! Can Anwar finish him?
Anwar cracks Cuchillero with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Cuchillero falls to his knees and Anwar doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Anwar!
As Peter Anwar got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Push the pace dats what im about son. That draw made me train harder. get a few more wins and we will do it again.'.
