Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eswin Juarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Clubus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eswin Juarez had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Christopher Clubus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clubus circles away from the clinch attempt.
Clubus drives through with a takedown into guard.

Juarez is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Clubus has gone for a leg lock! Juarez slips out almost immediately though and dives into Clubus's guard.
Juarez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Clubus swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Clubus is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Clubus is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Juarez has his hands clasped together but Clubus extends an breaks Juarez's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Clubus.
