Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between chuck bibble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Sombero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sombero shoots in for a takedown but bibble shows good takedown defense.
bibble fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
bibble throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Sombero's head.

Sombero should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
bibble tries to close the distance and clinch but Sombero swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sombero is still on wobbly legs! Can bibble finish him?
bibble really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sombero connects with a nice short shot to bibble's temple.

Sombero working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but bibble is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Sombero has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! bibble taps out!
